Handyman for Property Maintenance (Part-Time, with Accommodation)

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team for property maintenance in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, and fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any potential maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs and resolve issues efficiently
• Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in property maintenance
• Good knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Language Requirement:

Fluency in English is not required but preferred. Knowledge of Arabic or Urdu would be an advantage.

Nationality Requirement:

Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Kerala (India).
