Palms Agro Production Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute content across social media, websites, and campaigns. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to grow reach, engagement, inquiries, traffic, and online sales.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years of experience with corporate social media management and Meta advertising. Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3 years of relevant experience, including management of corporate social media accounts and hands-on Meta advertising.
• Google Ads experience is strongly preferred; e-commerce or agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasons, and priorities.
• Write captions, copy, website content, briefs, or scripts; coordinate with designers and agencies.
• Manage social media channels, publish content, monitor interactions, route inquiries.
• Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns within budgets; test audiences and creatives.
• Support online store promotions, SEO activities, and website campaigns; improve customer journey.
• Coordinate digital campaign timelines and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Prepare a monthly performance report on content, traffic, costs, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor competitors, platform changes, and market trends; suggest improvements while keeping brand standards.
