Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support Windows AD, Exchange, and server infrastructure in a high-security environment. The role emphasizes backup, hardware maintenance, and compliance with DoD 8570.01M certifications while mentoring customers and colleagues.

The position includes company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and a tuition reimbursement program. Candidates must obtain host country visa and appropriate licenses as required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Must maintain DoD 8570.01M baseline and CE certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Server 2012 or higher and AD.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains server administration including Windows 2008 AD, DNS, DHCP, and print queues.
• Administers Exchange servers (2008+) and Outlook Web Access.
• Manages SMS, MOM/SCOM, SCCM, WSUS and performs backups with VERITAS Backup Exec.
• Maintains system availability and performs regular maintenance on equipment.
• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting for Dell, HP, LTO tape, fiber switches, and SANs.
• Ensures antivirus and security per US Army standards and regulations.
• Provides user and Exchange account maintenance; establishes shift schedules.
• Performs employee appraisals and training documented in Leadership guide.
