Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an experienced Subcontracts Manager to oversee administration and compliance for complex contracts and POs within CONUS/OCONUS, including foreign and domestic suppliers. You will draft proposals, analyze cost data, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with FAR/DFARS and corporate policies.

The role requires extensive experience in subcontracting for US Federal Government prime contracts, strong ethics, and collaboration across multiple functions and locations.

Qualifications

• Ten years of specialized experience administering contracts and subcontracts.
• Thorough knowledge of FAR, DoD FAR Supplement, and related guidelines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies suppliers, issues RFPs, evaluates proposals, and maintains compliant subcontract files.
• Monitors subcontractor performance to meet contract terms and mission needs.
• Interprets issues and develops best practices in procurement.
• Recommends actions to management on subcontract matters.
• Drives acquisition strategy and owns subcontract content for programs.
• Coordinates with CONUS/OCONUS locations on subcontracting matters.
• Reviews and audits subcontract documentation for compliance.
• Supports Business Development and Capture teams with subcontract input.
