Job summary

Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® in Kuwait is seeking a Private Client Advisor to build and manage relationships with intermediary and direct clients. You will convert leads into client cases by delivering exceptional service and offering premier onboarding and advisory support.

The role requires 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in investment/wealth management, fluency in English and Arabic, and strong negotiation and research skills.

Qualifications

• Masters or advanced degree is advantageous.
• +5 years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate or recruitment.
• Knowledge of HNWIs is preferred.
• Multilingual and regional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness about Henley & Partners' services to potential clients and intermediaries.
• Prepare impactful meetings with introducers and client prospects.
• Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning.
• Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience.
• Achieve a high success rate in converting leads to clients.
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
• Expand the existing contact database to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain industry knowledge and CRM notes for meaningful conversations.
• Represent Henley & Partners at industry events and conferences.
