Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Chief Watch Officer (CWO) to lead the Network Operations Center, directing real-time monitoring, triage, and reporting. The role includes COOP planning, performance oversight, and proactive issue resolution within a global mission-support context.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a supervisory IT role, active Secret Clearance, and ITIL Foundation with relevant CE certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience in an IT field.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• ITIL Foundation (current version) required.
• DoD 8570.01M compliance with baseline CE certifications required.
• One or more CE certifications listed (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP or Associate) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the NOC for management of networks and systems.
• Provide technical and operational support for monitoring and maintaining situational awareness of networks and systems.
• Prepare and present outage reports to USARCC-SWA and other agencies.
• Monitor, track, and report on network/system outages and trends.
• Provide Level 1 triage during outages and assign trouble tickets.
• Enforce information assurance in accordance with AR 25-2 and evaluate suspicious activities.
• Generate reports and update trouble tickets.
• Demonstrate leadership within the NOC and develop COOP plans.
