Capitex in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the fraud platform’s enhancement, optimisation, and strategic development on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will bridge fraud operations, risk, technology teams and external vendors to maximise platform value, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fraud tech or financial services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of fraud platforms and risk strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the fraud platform.
• Define, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners on upgrades and fixes.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, risk, compliance and IT to gather requirements.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and implementation of platform enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance, stability, and scalability; ensure value delivery.
