Job summary

A leading financial technology firm in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Product Owner to enhance and optimize their fraud technology platform. The candidate will manage product roadmaps, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and performance. Applicants should have solid experience in fraud technology and Agile methodologies, along with strong stakeholder management skills. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in fraud technology.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience overseeing system implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for the fraud platform.
• Define, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog.
• Coordinate with external vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
• Gather requirements from fraud operations and compliance teams.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide regular updates on roadmap progress and risks.
