Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Kuwait is seeking a Perfumes Consultant to deliver high-end customer service and expert perfume guidance. You will drive fragrance sales, grow the loyalty base, and support in-store and online experiences with brand partners.

In this role you’ll maintain client relationships, leverage CRM tools, and assist with stock, merchandising, and event activities to boost overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve line and sales targets while representing the brand values and philosophy.
• Maintain a solid customer database to build relationships and create future selling opportunities.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment of new customers.
• Handle merchandising, stock replenishment, and display per brand guidelines.
• Process e-commerce orders from store within set SLAs and support store events and launches.
