Job summary

Boeing Operations International Incorporated Kuwait is seeking a C-17 Product Repair Mod Technician to support Boeing Global Services at Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait. You will participate in organizational level maintenance including servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and component replacement to meet Kuwait Air Force mission requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
• Must be able to obtain US Security Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Ability to work on site at Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assembly, disassembly and modification of systems to replace components and implement changes.
• Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul; configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Directs troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate faults.
• Oversees validation and testing of systems and components.
• Documents procedures and maintains compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness.
• Leads and supervises others in safe handling of aerospace vehicles.
• Provides training and mentors others.
• Works under minimal direction.
