Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Minimum of two years’ experience on emergency response ambulance.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in emergency health care setting.
• Maintains certifications in good standing for duration of employment.
• Able to obtain/maintain Installation Access and host nation driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency calls and supports the Paramedic in EMS protocols.
• Assists Paramedic with immediate care and patient transport to ambulance transfer.
• Provides pre-hospital emergency medical care.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in ready condition.
• Participates in CME and training activities as instructor or student.
• Communicates effectively in writing, verbally, and by radio/phone.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned by Fire Chief or designee.
• Complies with all relevant SOPs and policies.
