Leading private university in Kuwait is recruiting full-time faculty members as Assistant Professors for its Finance Department to start from Fall Semester 2026. Qualifications

PhD in Finance from an accredited institution.
Relevant teaching experience in Finance at a reputed institution.
Publications in high-impact Scopus-indexed journals with potential for further research.
Active engagement in curriculum design, program development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Teach Finance courses including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Modeling, FinTech.
Participate in departmental activities and committees.
Prepare course material, curriculum design, and program development; assess student learning outcomes; mentor student projects.
Remain current with the field via faculty development programs and participate in task forces and student support committees.
Reflect high standards of ethics and collegiality in teaching and publication; meet grading deadlines.
