Qualifications

• PhD in Accounting from an accredited university.
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching/research experience at an academic institution at Assistant Professor rank.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in accordance with approved curricula
• Supervise student research projects and academic activities
• Provide professional mentorship to students
• Develop and maintain an independent research agenda with measurable scholarly output
