Job summary

Anduril Industries in Kuwait seeks a Mission Operations Specialist to lead deployment, training, and day-to-day operational success of our Connected Warfare products. You’ll be on the ground up to 50% of the time, configuring tactical mesh networks, integrating sensors, and ensuring our C2 software performs flawlessly in the field.

Based in UAE or willing to relocate, you will travel to Kuwait, collaborate with Kuwaiti defense customers, and work with UAE engineering and logistics teams to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations or defense tech deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and IP/RF networks in the field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate with travel to Kuwait.
• Ability to obtain local security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Connected Warfare hardware, software, and sensor networks.
• Train operators and users in Kuwait.
• Bridge feedback to engineering teams.
• Build relationships with Kuwaiti officials to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate with UAE-based teams to meet timelines.
