Job summary

Agthia Food in Kuwait City seeks a creative Marketing Executive to join our expanding Marketing team. You will plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels and coordinate with restaurant operations for brand promotions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 2–4 years in marketing (F&B preferred), with strong digital marketing skills and fluent English (Arabic a plus). Competitive salary and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to implement brand promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social media content calendars and collaborate with creative agencies and photographers.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, POS materials, and in-store branding.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and media partners.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all marketing initiatives.
