The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bakery. A diploma or degree in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred. Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations is required.
