Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the entire Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with Front Office, and drive guest satisfaction through efficient operations and cost control.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, strong English communication, and proficiency with Opera or Smile PMS and MS Office for scheduling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Housekeeper in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts.
• Good command of English for cross-department communication.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and MS Office for scheduling and inventory tracking.
• Strong cost control and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan organize and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office for room status arrivals and VIPs.
• Recruit train coach and develop housekeeping staff.
• Maintain hygiene safety and compliance across areas.
• Prepare departmental reports forecasts and budgets.
