Overview

Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to efficiently and safely excavate and move materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of excavators, including hydraulic, dragline, and clamshell
• Safely maneuver the machine to excavate and move materials according to project plans
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of the machine to ensure proper functioning
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the excavator
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate excavation tasks
• Read construction plans and survey stakes to determine excavation locations
• Use hand signals or radio communication to work with ground crew during excavation
• Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators on construction sites
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read construction plans and survey stakes
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations for operating heavy machinery
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
