Job summary

SecureLine in Kuwait is seeking an Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Al Ahmadi. You will operate heavy machinery to dig, move and grade earth on active job sites, following project plans and safety rules.

The role requires reading blueprints and specs, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with crew to meet deadlines. Full-time, on-site work with clear communication via signals or radios is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in construction.
• Valid certification or license for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, maps and job specifications.
• Physical strength and stamina for long shifts.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and routine maintenance.

Job description

As an Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate move and grade earth and other construction materials Your primary duty will be to efficiently and safely operate an excavator to complete various tasks on construction sites

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Read and understand blueprints maps and other job specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground workers
• Coordinate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Safely load and transport materials using the excavators bucket or forks
• Accurately grade land surfaces to meet project specifications
• Monitor equipment for any signs of wear or damage and report issues immediately
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry
• Valid certification or license for operating heavy equipment excavator
• Ability to read blueprints maps and job specifications
• Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines for operating heavy equipment
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and ability to perform routine maintenance
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work full time without accommodation in Al Ahmadi

Salary $1400 per month
