Job summary

Action Energy Company seeks a Wellhead Service Specialist to oversee inspection, installation and testing of EFT wellhead equipment on rig or rigless operations. You will supervise field activities, document procedures, and ensure conformance to API 6A and safety standards.

The role demands at least three years in wellhead inventory management and related tasks, with OEM certification preferred. Kuwait-based deployment and on-site supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in wellhead inventory management, testing, installation, pullout, servicing, redressing and maintenance.
• Kuwaiti candidates should have two years’ experience in the same area.
• Training and authorization certification from OEM is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, prepare for work, assemble, test, maintain and disassemble wellhead components.
• Supervise EFT wellhead equipment activities on rig or rigless operations.
• Perform landing and testing of tubing strings and flange torque operations.
• Repair and service valves, actuators and hydraulic systems; test and chart wellhead equipment.
• Ensure API 6A compliance, follow HSE policies, and complete service tickets and timecards.
• Travel to field locations for assembly and maintenance tasks.

The wellhead specialists play an integral role of an ESP team and are responsible for a wellhead and well head components inspection, installation The Wellhead service Personal to be on location to supervise all activities related to the EFT wellhead equipment during rig / rig less operation. EFT Wellheads (Spares including the EFT connectors (Lower pigtail, upper pigtail, and mandrels), tubing hangers, seals, Ring gasket, and all related spare part Report as per use framework Situation Complication Question and Answer (SCQA) with documented facts Post to be defined based on degree and number of years in any relevant discipline or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, prepare for work, assemble, test, maintain, dissemble, inspect for reuse or repair, order an materials and supplies. The Wellhead service Personal to be on location to supervise all activities related to the EFT wellhead equipment during rig / rig less operation. Perform landing and testing of tubing strings. Execute flange torque operations and pack off secondary seals Disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair wellhead components. Service valves, actuators, and hydraulic systems. Perform pressure testing and charting of wellhead equipment. Ensure compliance with API 6A standards and company HSE policies. Respond to on-call service requests. Travel to field locations for assembly and maintenance tasks. Complete job safety analysis, service tickets, and timecards. Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing procedures EFT Wellheads (Spares including the EFT connectors (Lower pigtail, upper pigtail, and mandrels), tubing hangers, seals, Ring gasket, and all related spare part Report as per use framework Situation Complication Question and Answer (SCQA) with documented facts.

Qualifications & Experience

The wellhead service Personnel shall have minimum of three (3) years’ and for Kuwaiti shall have Two (2) years’ experience in wellhead inventory management (including spares), testing, installation, pullout, servicing, redressing, maintenance etc. Must have a training and authorization certification form OEM.
