Job summary

Baker Hughes in Kuwait is seeking an Artificial Lift Systems Field Specialist to execute ESP and surface equipment operations in the field, ensuring safety and adherence to client regulations. You will join the ALS team and collaborate with contract engineering to support reliable ESP performance.

The role requires a technical diploma and 5 years of ESP experience, with proven ability to install, operate, and maintain Y-tool and VSD systems. Rotational shift work and field readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of ESP experience
• Technical Diploma or higher
• Experience installing, operating and maintaining Y-tool and VSD system
• Experience downhole ESP troubleshooting
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis

Responsibilities

• Install, run ESP equipment including inspecting and repairing pumps, motors, cables and downhole equipment at surface
• Carry out pre-commissioning checks and tests for start-up and operation of ESP equipment
• Provide troubleshooting expertise and safety precautions
• Repair breakdowns and maintain ESP equipment
• Install, operate and maintain Y-tool and VSD system
