Baker Hughes is seeking an Application Engineer for ESP in Kuwait to lead design and execution of ESP projects. You will work with Service Delivery teams and clients to ensure objectives are met, while optimizing performance and reliability of artificial lift systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, documentation, and responsive support across the project lifecycle, with opportunities to influence product improvements and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) Design.
• Extensive ESP technologies knowledge, including design, troubleshooting and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Design a job program with risk and contingency plans to meet client objectives.
• Document calculations, simulations, and plan revisions for audit trails.
• Provide on-demand support and advise on product improvements.
