Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Artificial Lift Systems – Field Specialist in Kuwait to execute ESP and surface equipment operations while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will support the contract engineering team and participate in technical events.

The role requires hands-on field experience with ESP systems, Y-tool and VSD, plus the ability to work on a rotating schedule in a global energy company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ESP field experience.
• Technical diploma or higher in a related field.
• Experience installing and maintaining Y-tool and VSD.
• Ability to work on a rotational schedule.
• Experience with downhole ESP systems in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, run and inspect ESP equipment at field base and surface.
• Carry out pre-commissioning checks and start-up tests.
• Troubleshoot and repair ESP systems in the field.
• Operate and maintain Y-tool and VSD systems.
