Job summary

Azadea Group in Kuwait is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to greet walk-in customers, answer product questions, and process orders with accuracy and courtesy at the counter.

You will manage daily counter operations, handle cash transactions, restock and present items neatly, assist with takeaway orders, and contribute to hygiene, safety, and logbook documentation to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• High school degree.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk-in customers with high-level service and product knowledge.
• Process orders from waiters, arrange them per service standards, ensure timely delivery.
• Receive daily orders, restock, present items, and maintain hygiene and presentation standards.
• Participate in opening and closing duties per norms and procedures.
• Maintain and report records including training, taste panels, and wastage forms; report issues to manager.
• Receive and process cash payments according to policies.
• Place orders for required products with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare takeaway orders and wrap according to standards; accommodate special orders.
• Ensure clear handover communication and keep log book updated.
• Maintain a clean environment by hygiene practices and regular counter sanitization.
• Complete monthly inventory for disposables.
