Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Electrophysiology Clinical & Commercial Graduate for a 12-month contract in Kuwait. The role offers hands-on exposure to EP technologies, including CARTO 3, while supporting clinical procedures, physician education, and commercial activities.

The program builds competencies in cardiac anatomy, EP procedures, mapping technologies, and healthcare sales, under mentorship from experienced clinical and sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Science, Medicine or related discipline.
• Entry level – no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Specialists during electrophysiology procedures and physician training activities.
• Learn to operate CARTO 3D Mapping System in live clinical environments under supervision.
• Develop understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, electrophysiology workflows, and ablation procedures.
• Assist with case preparation, system setup, and post-procedure documentation.
• Participate in physician education programs, workshops, and scientific events.
• Support commercial and sales teams in customer engagement and territory activities.
• Gain exposure to business planning, account management, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education functions.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, patient safety, and professional conduct.
