The program builds competencies in cardiac anatomy, EP procedures, mapping technologies, and healthcare sales, under mentorship from experienced clinical and sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Science, Medicine or related discipline.
• Entry level – no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Specialists during electrophysiology procedures and physician training activities.
• Learn to operate CARTO 3D Mapping System in live clinical environments under supervision.
• Develop understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, electrophysiology workflows, and ablation procedures.
• Assist with case preparation, system setup, and post-procedure documentation.
• Participate in physician education programs, workshops, and scientific events.
• Support commercial and sales teams in customer engagement and territory activities.
• Gain exposure to business planning, account management, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education functions.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Electrophysiology Clinical & Commercial Graduate to join our team in Kuwait on a 12-month contract. The graduate will receive hands‑on exposure to the latest EP technologies, including the CARTO® 3 Cardiac Mapping System, while supporting clinical procedures, physician education, and commercial activities.
