Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Kuwait City is seeking an Electronic Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic equipment across hotel facilities, following General Mechanical Supervisor guidance and hotel policies.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, conduct tests with digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while delivering reliable service to guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or two years of vocational training in Electronic engineering.
• Minimum two years’ work experience as Electronic technician in a hotel or in a large building/complex with central plant.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks such as replacing components and wiring circuits, repairing complex electronic equipment, and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multimeters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, oscilloscopes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turn-over quickly and efficiently in order to satisfy and meet the Guest needs.
• Respond to breakdowns of equipment’s and being available in case of emergency and applying the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards.
• Operate in a safe and environment friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
