Job summary

Candidate Experience site is seeking an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join our Service department in Kuwait. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DX units including packaged, split, and rooftop units, ensuring high reliability.

The role requires 3-5 years in the field, strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and control systems, and the ability to work independently with safety in mind. Immediate start and flexible timings are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in AC maintenance.
• Good communication with client and team; basic Arabic.
• Valid Kuwait transferrable visa and Kuwait driving license.
• Available to join immediately; flexible timings.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical or control issues.
• Able to work independently in the field.
• Safety-focused: electrical and refrigerant handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DX units (packaged units, split ACs, rooftop units).
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults (compressors, fans, belts, bearings, refrigerant leaks).
• Diagnose and resolve control system faults (thermostats, switches, relays, wiring, PCBs).
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Refrigerant recovery, evacuation, recharging, and brazing per safety standards.
• Use multimeters, clamp meters, pressure gauges, and recovery machines.
• Coordinate with service supervisor for breakdowns and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain service logs and report recurring issues.
