Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent; eligible for academic rank at Assistant Professor or higher.
• Experience aligning faculty affairs with governance and accreditation.
• Strong collaboration with HR, CTL, and graduate studies to support faculty development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across six domains supporting faculty excellence.
• Develop and implement faculty policies and governance.
• Coordinate collaboration with HR and other university offices.
• Advise VPAA on faculty affairs and accreditation readiness.
• Lead annual reports and strategic initiatives for faculty development.
• Represent AIU externally in faculty affairs matters.
