Job summary

Want More in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Pastry Chef for a high-end restaurant to craft exquisite desserts, pastries, and breads that meet exacting standards.

You will develop new pastry recipes, manage inventory, train kitchen staff, and ensure cleanliness and strict health-and-safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary starting at 1000 USD per month, with medical insurance, paid vacation, annual bonuses, housing allowance, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and breads according to the restaurant's standards
• Develop new and innovative pastry recipes to add to the menu
• Ensure products are consistently fresh, tasty, and visually appealing
• Train kitchen staff on proper pastry techniques and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in food preparation and storage
