Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Experience in cost accounting, invoicing and cash handling is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and strong numerical accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support cost office team with costing, invoicing and cash collection activities.
• Verify discounts align with policy and reconcile daily cash across locations.
• Collaborate with location staff to resolve cash variances and MOI reporting.
• Prepare and submit MOI-related invoices and assist with archival of documents.
• Generate weekly/monthly open work in progress reports for service locations.
