Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Familiarity with Hawalli local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor progress on construction sites and address any issues or delays that may arise

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project

Requirements

Salary: 1200$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position that is open to both foreign nationals and local residents. No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for foreign employees.
