Jobleader in Kuwait is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee Al Ahmadi projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to finish, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of construction management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Al Ahmadi.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
