Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a Marine Construction Manager for a major Kuwait project. You will report to the Project Director on site and drive on-site performance, safety, and quality while managing a team through all project phases.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in large marine works, civil engineering degree, QA experience, and strong leadership and stakeholder skills. Expatriate package includes meals, accommodation, car, pension and medical cover.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required; post-graduate marine experience preferred.
• 8–10 years of post-graduate experience on major marine works.
• Experience with QA, paperwork, record keeping, and subcontract management.
• Willingness to relocate and start before October 2026.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full life-cycle project management experience in marine construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle marine construction projects from bid through handover.
• Maintain safety and high-quality production on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide references for NSR Associates and contribute to project handovers.

You will be reporting directly into the Project Director on site.Can you drive the highest quality and production on site all whilst keeping the team safe on site? We are looking for someone that has significant trestle & piling experience. It will be clear from your CV that you have handled Oil & Gas loading facilities of 200 + Meters into sea.

Scope

• The purpose of the new facility is to handle refined oil products, improving loading and unloading activities at the port and it will complement the infrastructure at the port, which includes an approach trestleKey elements of the scope include:
• Expansion of port infrastructure: The construction of a new arm facility will augment the existing infrastructure at the pier.
• Handling refined products: The new facility will be capable of handling refined oil products to improve operations boosting overall port efficiency.
• Replacement and upgrades: It involves the demolition and replacement of the arm facility and enhancements to the bunker fuel oil loading capabilities.
• Associated facilities: Beyond the pier, the project will also include other associated civil, electrical, and mechanical works.

Following is essential

• Degree Educated - Civil Engineering
• 8-10 Years Post Graduate Experience on Major Marine Works Projects for Lead (Main Contractor) or specialist sub-contractor
• Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team and sub-contract management
• Self Motivated & disciplined in your role
• Able to relocate and start before the first week in October 2026 absolute latest
