Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA in Kuwait City is seeking a Colleagues Facilities Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable accommodation for our colleagues.

Responsibilities include cleaning units, routine maintenance, reporting issues, assisting inquiries, managing check-in/out records, inspections, safety measures, and fostering a sense of community while upholding hygiene and environmental policies.

• Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of accommodation facilities.
• Ensure that all accommodation areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist colleagues with inquiries and requests related to accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with the accommodation management team to ensure colleagues’ needs are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to identify and address issues.
• Assist in ensuring security and safety measures are in place and followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a sense of community within accommodation facilities.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols when performing duties.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

As a Colleagues Facilities Attendant, your role is essential in ensuring that colleagues residing in company-provided accommodation enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of accommodation facilities while providing excellent service to our colleagues.
