Job summary

Al Khaled Factory in Kuwait is seeking an experienced CNC Engineer/Programmer to manage precision metal cutting for caravans and mobile units on a Doha-based project.

You will translate CAD/CAM models into accurate G-code, set up and run CNC machines, and ensure high-precision output for brackets, panels, and custom parts, working on-site in Doha.

Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM, G-code, materials like steel and aluminum, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years CNC programming/operations in metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code/CNC control systems.
• Knowledge of steel and aluminum properties, speeds, feeds, tolerances.
• Ability to read complex fabrication drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, safety and quality control.
• Willing to work on-site in Doha, Qatar under Kuwait head office.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM for steel, aluminum, and composites.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines to achieve tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Select tools, monitor performance, and inspect parts with calipers/micrometers.
• Troubleshoot programming/tooling/hardware issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanical design and workshop teams in Doha.
