Qualifications

Experience as CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, sketches and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust CNC machine settings and parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
Ensure optimum material usage and machine capability.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions or errors during CNC operations.
Set up CNC machines and adjust or replace cutting tools or attachments as needed.
Operate numerical control machinery to cut and shape parts from stock material.
Load raw material and unload finished product.
Assist in program maintenance and adjust programs as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized work area.
