Confidential Careers seeks a Civil Engineer to develop land development plans based on calculations and research. The candidate will leverage AutoCAD and strong design skills to create visual aids while coordinating with teams to execute project criteria.

The role requires 5–10 years’ civil engineering experience in site design and land use permitting, plus excellent organizational and communication abilities to support field offices and ensure project success.

Responsabilités

• Monitor field offices' progress, ensure schedules, contracts and drawings compliance.
• Review progress reports, approve/reject per procedures and review BOQs.
• Evaluate ideas to reduce construction costs and improve designs.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and status of implementation.
• Provide technical support to field offices and address challenges.
• Collect and analyze technical data to support monitoring and improvement.
• Organize drawings and documents for easy retrieval.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities

1.Monitor the performance of field offices in implementing construction projects and verify compliance with approved schedules, contracts, drawings, and quality standards.

2. Review project progress reports and take the necessary actions to approve or reject them in accordance with established procedures, in addition to reviewing engineering designs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

3. Evaluate and implement engineering ideas and solutions that contribute to reducing construction project costs.

4. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and verify the status of project implementation.

5. Provide technical support to field offices and assist them in addressing technical challenges encountered during project implementation.

6. Collect and analyze technical data related to construction projects to support monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

7. Organize the data, drawings, and documents available at the Engineering Office and facilitate easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construtions.
• 5 - 10 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
