Qualifications

Strong, hands-on FICO Falcon experience including rule writing, threshold setting and live environment tuning.
10-12 years in card fraud with deep operations expertise.
Working knowledge of Cain and Korus platforms.
Strong understanding of chargeback processes including Code 69 and MCV.
Experience configuring and tuning detection rules in production fraud systems.
Techno-functional profile capable of bridging operations and business stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to fraud strategy and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise fraud detection within FICO Falcon by writing/tuning rules, strategies, thresholds, and scoring logic.
Configure and tune detection strategies across the platform stack (Cain and Korus).
Analyse fraud patterns and chargeback trends to inform strategy.
Manage fraud exposure across the card portfolio including chargeback handling (Code 69) and MCV processes.
Review detection performance and balance fraud capture with false positives and customer friction.
