Job summary

CHANEL Middle East is seeking a Learning Officer to drive organized, impactful training across boutiques. You will coach all boutique roles, collaborate with the Learning Manager, Brand Manager, HR and regional teams, and ensure pre-work and follow-ups are completed.

Based in Kuwait with regular travel to Bahrain and Kuwait, you bring 3+ years in training, luxury retail experience preferred, excellent English and Arabic, strong memory and eye for detail, and the ability to translate trends into

• Minimum 3 years in a pure training role.
• Experience in luxury retail/ footwear would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
