Al Mulla Group is seeking a technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to design, estimate, and propose BMS solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Kuwait. You will translate customer requirements into robust technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to consultants and clients.

The role requires hands-on experience in ELV and BAS systems, strong knowledge of Kuwait market, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, bid teams, and engineering across tender

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Building Management Systems, building automation, HVAC control, or ELV systems.
• Relevant experience in technical pre-sales, estimation, proposal preparation, and tendering activities.
• Strong Kuwait market knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical engineering.

Responsabilités

• Technical Pre-Sales and Solution Design for BMS, GMS, Smart Metering and BAS.
• Estimation, BOQs, technical and commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
• Client and consultant coordination, presentations, site surveys, and vendor liaison.
