Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with five years in technical support. This position requires travel and a secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or two additional years of relevant experience.
• Five years of relevant experience providing technical support.
• Hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of biometric systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Deliver user training on biometric equipment operation.
