Qualifications

• Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with the Army’s Total Package Fielding process.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure BCC devices at military locations.
• Support the Army’s Total Package Fielding process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of biometric systems.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software systems

Knowledge of databases and networking fundamentals

Proficiency in data entry and operation of Android and Windows systems

Familiarity with biometric technologies

Ability to work in both field and garrison environments

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

Five (5) years of relevant experience providing technical support
