Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Kuwait is seeking an Alternate Site Manager to support TAS operations across a 24/7 environment.

The role ensures safe, compliant aircraft servicing and performance of all TAS activities at the assigned installation, reporting to the Site Manager and coordinating with Government stakeholders. The ASM will lead flight line operations, manage shifts, and ensure continuity in austere conditions while maintaining documentation and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• US National with active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 6 years in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or TAS
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and in a supervisory role
• Ability to lead across shifts and coordinate with Government stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Enforce ZERO Harm safety standards and FOD prevention across TAS operations.
• Supervise and mentor assigned personnel during shifts.
• Coordinate daily TAS tasking, priorities, and staffing for 24/7 operations.
• Oversee aircraft ground handling, servicing, and PWS/Technical Orders compliance.
