Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) seeks an Alternate Site Manager to lead Transient Aircraft Services operations at a SWA base. You will ensure safe, efficient aircraft servicing and adherence to contract requirements, technical orders, and safety standards.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise TAS personnel, coordinate with government stakeholders, and sustain mission readiness in a demanding, 24/7 environment. Prior TAS leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. National with active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of aviation operations or TAS experience.
• Proven supervisory or leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS operations and ensure safe, compliant aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and Site Manager in the absence.
• Schedule 24/7/365 coverage and manage personnel shifts.
• Maintain documentation, training, and readiness of crew.
