Eligibility and Academic Qualifications

A PhD degree in Accounting. The bachelor's and Master’s degree may be in Business/Finance or a closely related field. All degrees must be awarded by accredited universities and obtained through traditional, on‑campus study formats.

Academic Rank and Experience Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputable academic institution at the academic rank of Assistant Professor.

Research and Scholarly Requirements

Minimum 8 full‑length, high‑quality academic papers published in reputable international peer‑reviewed journals. Publications must meet recognized academic standards. At least three (3) publications within the last five years. The applicant must be first author on a minimum of four (4) publications. Research extracted directly from the applicant’s MSc or PhD thesis will not be counted.
