ADB SAFEGATE is seeking a Project Manager to lead airfield systems projects from planning through delivery. The role requires coordinating engineers, contractors, and consultants, while aligning with client requirements and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in project management within aviation infrastructure, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic is a plus. The position involves work at remote project sites and frequent travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in airfield systems or aviation infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of airfield lighting, navigation, communication, and safety systems.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on remote project sites.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, execution, and delivery of airfield systems projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Engage clients, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards and safety protocols.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
