Job Description

Job Objective To design and deliver training programs that build organizational capability in AI technologies and applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI/ML training modules for technical and non-technical staff.
• Customize training programs based on business and learner needs.
• Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and case studies.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
• Keep training content updated with emerging AI trends and tools.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps.

Educational Qualifications

Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional Certificates

• AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer, AWS Certified ML Specialist).
• Training certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management – CPTM, or equivalent) are a plus.

Experience (Areas of Expertise)

• Proven experience in AI/ML training or technology instruction.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Experience developing structured training materials and e-learning content.
• Exposure to corporate training environments or academic teaching.
