Qualifications
- Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
- Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
- Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.
Responsibilities
- Work plan sponsor relationships, including government, retail and private.
- Conduct one-on-one appointments and seminar presentations.
- Research client service issues and investment questions.
Skills
Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
Relationship building
Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
Territory management and business development
Spanish bi-lingual
Education
Registered Representative with experience
Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66
