Job summary

The position emphasizes restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, and collaboration with families and the community to promote college and career readiness for all pupils.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in school counseling from a regionally accredited college.
Possession of Nevada educator license with school counselor endorsement.
Experience in school counseling and restorative practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct counseling services to students in both individual and group settings.
Deliver school counseling lessons through large-group, classroom, small-group, and individual settings.
Analyze data on academic, career, and social-emotional development to identify student needs.
Coordinate with families, community partners, and school staff to support student success.
